"PERFECT HOBBY CORNER" GIVEAWAY RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. WHO CAN ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The PERFECT GLUE™ "Perfect Hobby Corner" Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years and older.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate family of Macco or ICI Paints®, maker of the PERFECT GLUE brand, its affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and agents of the contest are excluded from participation.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Contest will commence on June 1, 2005. To enter, read all terms and conditions and click ?I Agree? below. To enter by mail, send a postcard with your full name, street and city address and daytime telephone number to: PERFECT GLUE Giveaway, 13410 Preston Road, Suite A-377, Dallas, TX 75240. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59p.m. EST, August 1, 2005. Mail-in entries must be mailed separately and postmarked by August 1, 2005. Limited to one (1) entry per household. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified. No purchase necessary to enter.

4. PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the amount of $5,000 payable by gift card and delivered via certified mail with signature delivery slip required to be filled out by the winner. A year's supply of PERFECT GLUE 1,2,3 will also be mailed (12 units of each glue).

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: All entry information becomes the sole property of Macco, Division of ICI Paints. ICI Paints and its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional agencies, retailers and service providers (1) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail, and (2) will have no liability whatsoever for any claims, expenses, injuries, losses, damages or suits of any kind which may result from acceptance or use of the prizes awarded or any winners' names being publicized in any news releases, and store displays or winners' lists. Prize winners will be required to submit proof of identiity and tax ID number and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, including a liability release authorizing use of name and/or photo for publicity, that must be returned within ten (10) days or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. GENERAL RULES: Not responsible for lost/late/misdirected/illegible entries. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. By acceptance of prize, winner consents to use of name/entry material by Sponsor for advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and decisions of Macco/ICI Paints representatives. By accepting prize, winners hold Sponsor harmless against all claims/liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury/damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use of prize. Contest void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No substitution/transfer of prize by winner. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of winners.

7. JUDGING: All eligible entries received during the contest period will be reviewed by Macco/ICI Paints representatives whose decisions are final on all matters relating to compliance of contest rules, eligibility, random drawing of winners. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries.

8. SELECTION OF WINNER: - The Winner will be selected by August 15, 2005 and notified by August 31, 2005 via certified mail with proof of delivery requiring the signature of the winner. Prizes will be dispersed by September 15, 2005.

9. LIST OF WINNERS: For name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PERFECT GLUE Giveaway, 5420 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1475, Dallas TX 75240, by October 31, 2005.
